Shipping Information

All orders ship directly from our 3PL warehouse in the USA. Processing time is typically 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Estimated Delivery Times United States: 3–7 business days International: 2–3 weeks (varies by destination and customs processing) International customers are responsible for any duties, VAT, import taxes, or customs fees required by their country.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be fully satisfied with your Sport Sleep products. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may request a refund or replacement. Please review the guidelines below: Return Guidelines • Must be requested within 30 days of purchase • Items must be new, unused, and returned in original packaging • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer • All returns require prior authorization • Email: info@sportsleeptape.com • Please do not send products back without first receiving return authorization Refunds will be issued minus any shipping charges.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us at info@sportsleeptape.com. After reviewing the issue and confirming details with the carrier, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered for lost or stolen packages — replacements only.


Subscription Returns

Because subscriptions receive a preferred discount, subscription refills are not eligible for refunds once shipped. • If you subscribed to a product but did not cancel before your next charge, we cannot refund that refill once it has processed and shipped. • You may cancel future subscription orders at any time through your customer portal or by contacting us at info@sportsleeptape.com. Subscription shipments follow the same processing and shipping timelines as standard orders.


Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery information is accurate before confirming your order. Sport Sleep is not responsible for: • Incorrect or incomplete addresses • Refused or unclaimed deliveries • Delays caused by carriers • Packages marked “delivered” but not received Orders returned due to address errors may require additional reshipment fees.
